Andrew Ramsden has spent the last 10 years working in Government transformation. He led collaboration across Queensland Government resulting in a customer-centred revolution for how government delivers it’s services online and a 28% increase in customer satisfaction.
Since then, Andrew’s focus has shifted to digital strategy, helping government agencies get clarity around likely future impacts for their business, how best to realise the customer experience and efficiency benefits of digital transformation and how to bring the organisation on the journey.
Andrew is an energetic presenter and regularly chairs and speaks on digital strategy, government transformation and leadership development at conferences around Australia.
When he’s not strategising, Andrew can be found rock climbing, playing music, spending time with his siblings, or sometimes, all 3 at once.
Steve Gould is a professional futurist facilitator.
Steve has worked in a number of careers spanning military, corporate, vocational education, state and local government, and more recently in higher education and consultancy.
Steve facilitates a futures consultancy which focuses on relational leadership and foresight modelling. A member of the Association of Professional Futurist and a full Institutional Member of the World Futures Studies Federation, Steve has been delivering consulting over the past 10 years as a futurist and published in the Journal of Futures Studies.
Currently, Steve is also a sessional lecturer at the University of the Sunshine Coast in the Graduate Certificate of Futures Studies.

Rory Daly has a Masters in Writing, Editing and Publishing and was editor-in-chief for the Queensland Government’s QGov Online Program. He worked with the team to create a Single Website Experience (SWE), implementing a franchise model for all government information and services—with customer-centric structure and language, published under a common look and feel. He developed the style guide used across Queensland Government, and has trained hundreds of content writers and editors in plain English, web writing and usability.
Rory also worked as a product manager, looking after the Queensland Government Data and Publications portals, SWE template and much more.
He is experienced in editing technical and academic publications and worked as an English teacher in Korea and China for 5 years.
In his spare time, Rory writes music, grows chillis, and makes chilli sauce that stops time.
Craig Thomler is one of Australia’s leading digital media strategists and practitioners, having spent 20 years working in the online industry, including five in Australia’s Commonwealth Public Service.
In 2009 Craig was awarded the inaugural Government 2.0 Individual Innovator Award by the Australian Government’s Government 2.0 Taskforce and in 2010 was named one of ‘The Top 10 Who are Changing the World of Internet and Politics’ by PoliticsOnline and the World eDemocracy Forum in France.
As Managing Director of Delib Australia from 2012-14, Craig supported public sector organisations to engage staff, stakeholders and communities online.
He now leads Social Media Planner, supporting businesses to maximise the value of digital engagement from a strategic perspective.
